During coaching sessions we may hold notes relating to your programme. All session content is held in complete confidence.

Why we collect it

We use your information to respond to enquiries, to deliver coaching services you have signed up for, and to send the Dear Charlotte newsletter to subscribers who have opted in. We will never use your information for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

Legal basis for processing

We process your data on the basis of your consent — which you can withdraw at any time — and where necessary for the performance of a contract for coaching services.

Who we share it with

We do not share your personal data with any third parties except where required by law. Your information is never sold, rented or shared for marketing purposes. Complete confidentiality is a founding principle of Sanctry.

How long we keep it

Newsletter subscriber data is held until you unsubscribe. Coaching client data is held for the duration of your programme and for two years thereafter, after which it is securely deleted. Enquiry data is held for twelve months if no coaching relationship is established.
